The article contains the materials for the forming professional competences and improvement of knowledge on medical care quality assessment in physicians working in medical organizations with state, municipal and private forms of ownership regardless of departmental affiliation and legal organizational forms of activities. ROLE OF MEDICAL COMMISSION IN OPTIMIZATION OF MEDICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT OF POLICE STAFF

Medical commission is one of the special bodies in the system of departmental medicine of the MIA of Russia, which functions on continuing basis. The main object of medical commission is improving the organization of medical care for the police staff. Increased attention of medical commissions to police officers makes for the beginning and strengthening of feedback between patients and doctors.

Usually acute colonic obstruction with abdominal sepsis and enteroparesis is characterized by increasing intra-abdominal pressure and progress of intra-abdominal hypertension syndrome.

SPECIFICS OF ORGANIZATION OF MEDICAL CARE FOR CASUALTIES WITH MAXILLOFACIAL WOUNDS IN PRESENT LOCAL MILITARY CONFLICTS

The authors use the classification of gunshot maxillofacial wounds of Honored Doctor of the Russian Federation, Doctor of Medicine, Professor A.V. Lukyanenko. This classification makes it possible to formulate the diagnosis most completely and promptly make a decision about the medical sorting and following evacuation of casualties for the complete specialized surgical care in the conditions of stage treatment.

THE MODERN APPROACH TO UNSTABLE PELVIC INJURIES

Massive hemorrhage occurs in pelvic fractures in 25–30% of cases; it can reach more than 2–2.5 liters. Posttraumatic hemorrhage in damage of abdominal and pelvic organs can cause death of up to 67% of patients immediately after an accident or during the evacuation to a hospital. The main sources of massive pelvic hemorrhage are damages of large vessels, intraosseous vessels and pelvic venous plexuses. The successful treatment of this group of patients depends on rapid and accurate diagnosis of all damages and immediate treatment of pelvic fracture. It is also necessary to perform rapid pelvic hemostasis and stabilization. Analysis of treatment of more than 530 patients with pelvic fractures and multitraumas showed that only one patient died in the group of patients with fixed pelvic fractures during the first days after injury in contrast to the second group of patients (mortality was high without fixation of pelvic fractures).

TRAUMATISM EPIDEMIOLOGY AND RISK FACTORS AMONG THE POLICE STAFF OF THE IRKUTSK REGION (in 2013–2016)

There are stable rates of the frequency of injuries among the police staff of the Irkutsk region with a growth trend for account of minor injuries and injuries recognized as non-insured events. Off-the-job injuries prevail in the structure of injury rates. Lower limb injuries are prevalent among all on-the-job injuries depending on anatomical localization. The share of on-the-job craniocerebral injuries is 2.5 times more than of-the-job craniocerebral injuries. Injuries due to personal negligence are prevalent among on-the-job injuries. Commuting injuries and injuries due to fatigue duties are very common too. Additional researches are needed to study epidemiology of general and on-the-job traumatism among the police staff.

COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH AND HORMONAL ASSESSMENT OF PERSONS WITH HAZARDOUS OCCUPATIONS IN CASE OF CORONARY ATHEROSCLEROSIS

Atherosclerotic vascular disease of coronary arteries is one of the main factors of ischemic heart disease progression. The most important aspect is diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of coronary heart disease in persons with hazardous occupations. They are military and police personnel, their activities are closely related to the impact of extreme factors as non-correctable elements of the professional environment.

PROBLEMS OF DIAGNOSTICS AND TREATMENT OF OMALGIA IN AMBULANCE SITUATION

Omalgia is one of the most frequent complaints of patients when they visit doctors of various specialties. The article deals with the main approaches to differential diagnosis of shoulder pain syndromes (shoulder joint pathology, periarticular soft tissues involvement, extraarticular process with omalgia) using the methods of radiodiagnosis. The authors describe the main principles of conservative treatment of patients with omalgia depending on the character, localization of the process, degree of its acuity. The new physiotherapy method of combined electro-ultrasound therapy is presented.

EFFICIENCY OF BALNEOTHERAPY IN MULTIPLE TREATMENT OF DRY EYE SYNDROME

The article deals with the problem of dry eye syndrome and various approaches to treatment of this pathology. The authors analyzed data on monotherapy and multimodality therapy of dry eye syndrome and detected effectiveness of the method of Narzan eyelid irrigation with sulfate-bicarbonate mineral water from Kislovodsk in multimodality therapy using ophthalmic drops “Systane Balance” (Alcon). Indications and contraindication to balneotherapy were detected too.

PSYCHOLOGICAL RESEARCH IN INTEREST OF MILITARY MEDICAL EXAMINATION

At present mental diseases are the leading nosological forms among persons exempted from obligatory military service and conscripts released from active duty. In this regard, improvement of military medical examination on the base of the development of psychological researches is an actual problem. The article deals with the detecting the frequency and causes of adaptive and neurotic reactions in conscripts, the most important criteria for assessing the state of mental disadaptation. The authors present the variants of adaptation reactions’ dynamics, differentiated individual plans for the prevention and correction of mental disadaptation taking into account personal characteristics of military personnel.

HACCP SYSTEM AS A GUARANTEE OF QUALITY AND SAFETY OF PUBLIC CATERING IN THE ORGANS OF THE MIA OF RUSSIA
